You will need:

• 1/2 cup melted butter

• 3/4 cup milk

• 2 eggs

• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup milk, 2 eggs, and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.

Add contents of muffin mix bag to wet ingredients. Stir together just until mixed.

Pour batter into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Allow to cool 5-10 minutes and then remove muffins to wire rack to cool completely.

You will Need to Add:

½ cup warm water

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

Note: this cookie is mildly spicy, if you would like it a bit spicier, add ½ to 1 tsp of cayenne ground pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Empty Contents of bag or jar into a large bowl.  Stir gently to incorporate all the dry ingredients.  Add wet ingredients (butter, water, vanilla and eggs).  Mix well with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.  Drop by a tablespoonful onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until tops are dry and edges are set.

Recipe:

Combine wet ingredients thoroughly. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until incorporated.

Ingredients:

1 and 3/4 Cups BD All Purpose Flour

Instructions:

High Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp of BD Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp of BD Local Honey
1Tbsp of BD Almond Flour
2 Tbsp of your favorite chocolate chip from BD Provisions

Instructions:
Heat peanut butter in microwave for 10 seconds
Mix together peanut butter, greek yogurt, and honey.
Add in vanilla protein powder and almond flour and stir.
Add in chocolate chips and stir again until combined.
Let sit in the freezer for 10 min and enjoy! Store leftovers in fridge.

BD Sangria Mix in a Jar

You will need:

2/3 Cup Brandy*

750ml Red Wine*

1 Cup Fruit juice (limeade or fruit punch)

Fresh fruit chunks and or slices (i.e. apples, oranges, peaches, pears)

*You can substitute a non-alcoholic alternative beverage of your choosing

 

Instructions:

Add brandy and red wine to the 32 oz jar Sangria kit. Shake and let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Strain Sangria kit into a pitcher. Add fruit juice and fresh fruit slices or chunks you prefer.

Pour over ice and enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar, Dehydrated lime, Dehydrated Orange, Dehydrated Lemon, Freeze dried Cherries, Ceylon Cinnamon

Sweet Potato Waffles

Ingredients:

3 Small Sweet Potatoes, baked and peeled
1 ½ Cups BD Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 tsp BD baking powder
1 tsp BD Pumpkin Pie Spice
½ tsp BD Salt
3 Large Eggs
1 ½ cups Buttermilk
1 tbsp BD Olive Oil
1 tsp Grated Orange Zest
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
BD Cardamom Maple Syrup and BD Pecans for serving

 

Instructions:

Put GF Rolled Oats in a blender or food processor and blend until in forms a flour-like consistency.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (oat flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt) and set aside.

In a blender process sweet potatoes, eggs, buttermilk, oil, orange zest and vanilla; process until combined. 

Add in dry ingredients and blend until uniform.

Preheat waffle iron until hot and coat with cooking spray.  Spoon batter into waffle mold and cook until golden brown and crispy.  Repeat as needed until no more batter remains.

Serve with pecans and Cardamom Maple syrup.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan.

Cake Layer

In a bowl thoroughly mix the dry cake layer ingredients. In a separate bowl,

add 1 stick of butter and place in microwave for 45 seconds to semi melt.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 egg and ¾ cup of milk and mix all the wet ingredients

together. Add the mixed dry cake ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Filling Layer

Semi melt 3 Tablespoons of butter in microwave in a bowl, about 20

seconds. Add the dry filling ingredients to the butter and mix thoroughly.

Topping

Semi melt 5 Tablespoons of butter in the microwave, about 30 seconds. Add

the dry topping ingredients and mix thoroughly.

To put it all together:

Pour half of the cake batter into the greased 9 x 9-inch pan, smooth to

edges as needed. Sprinkle all of the filling evenly over half of the cake batter in the 9 x 9-inch pan.

Dollop the rest of the cake batter over the filling, then spread it out carefully and evenly over the filling.

Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter evenly and press lightly to adhere to cake batter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Instructions:

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add marshmallows to melted butter.

Melt marshmallows over low heat. Once melted, fold in rice cereal to combine.

Working quickly, place cereal and marshmallow mixture into an 8 or 9 inch square pan.

Sprinkle evenly with desired toppings, and using wax paper or parchment, press toppings into warm rice crispie treats, distributing the treats to all corners of the pan.

Let cool (approx 10-15 min). Cut into squares and enjoy!

Buttermilk Biscuits- Bin #1544

Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients:

3 ¾ cup Mix (spoon into measuring cup, leaving air, do not compact mix)

1 ¼ cup Milk or Buttermilk (Alternately, can use 1 1/8 cup cool water).

 

Instructions:

 Using a paddle, combine mix and milk/buttermilk on low speed for 1 minute. Turn the dough out onto floured surface, roll out, and fold in half. Roll to a 1/2" thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place the dough side by side with their edges touching on an ungreased sheet pan.

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 14-16 minutes.

Yields 11 – 12 3” biscuits.

Glazed Lemon Scones

(using Buttermilk Biscuit Mix bin#1544)

 

Scone Ingredients:

3 ¾ cup Biscuit Mix
2 cups Cream
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon zest

 Lemon Glaze Ingredients:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice

 

For the scones:

-      Place the biscuit mix, cream, sugar and lemon zest in mixer bowl. 

-     Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds.  Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low for an additional 30 seconds.

-     Shape dough into an 8 inch circle, slightly domed in the center.

-     Cut into 8 wedges.

-     Place on ungreased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

-     For convection oven, bake at 350 degrees F 10 to 12 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 400 degrees F 15 to 17 minutes.  Bake until center is cooked through.

For Lemon Glaze:

-     Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

-     Spoon glaze over warm scones.

Country Biscuit Mix- Bin #1301

Ingredients:

1 Cup Biscuit Mix - Bin 1544

1/4 Cup Water or Buttermilk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine Biscuit Mix and 1/4 cup water or 1/3 cup buttermilk.

Mix with fork until a soft dough is formed with no dry or wet spots. If dough is too dry, add more liquid (about 1 tablespoon) or if too moist, add small amount of flour. Form dough into ball.

Place dough onto a floured surface or pastry cloth. Lightly sprinkle dough with flour. Knead 4-6 turns.

Roll or pat dough to 1/2” thick.

Cut dough with floured standard biscuit cutter. Reform dough, roll and cut biscuits until all dough is used.

Place biscuits, slightly touching, onto a greased or ungreased baking sheet.

Bake approximately 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned. Enjoy!

Prep a cookie tray with parchment paper

Ingredients:

You will need to add:

5 Tablespoons water
1/2 Cup of Cinnamon Sugar (50/50 mix) or BD Provisions Organic Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients until uniform and add 5 Tablespoons cool water. Mix 30 seconds on low speed and scrape bowl and blades. Mix another 30 seconds on low.

Pour ½ cup cinnamon sugar mixture onto a flat plate. Take a tablespoon of the dough, form into a ball, and then roll into cinnamon sugar mixture.

Place on greased cookie sheet and repeat with the remaining mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet while warm and cool on rack.

Yield: 18 (3 inch) cookies

Spicy Chocolate Cookies in Bag/Jar

Ingredients:

¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Empty Contents of bag or jar into a large bowl.  Stir gently to incorporate all the dry ingredients.  Add oil or butter and egg.  Mix well with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.  Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until tops are dry and edges are set.
