Cinnamon Coffee Cake in a Bag/Jar

Ingredients: Artisan Flour (Unbleached Hard Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Granulated Sugar (Sucrose), Brown Sugar (Sucrose, Molasses), baking powder, kosher flake salt, Vietnamese Cinnamon. This product contains wheat. This product is Non GMO.

BD Provisions products are offered in large containers whereby customers serve themselves using utensils such as scoops, spoons or tongs.  Our utensils are sterilized continuously, but there remains the risk of cross-contamination.  As such, all products in BD Provisions should be considered products that may contain traces of all allergens including, but not limited to, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, shellfish, soy and sesame.

You will need to add:
2 Sticks of Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
¾ Cup Milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan.

Cake Layer

In a bowl thoroughly mix the dry cake layer ingredients. In a separate bowl,

add 1 stick of butter and place in microwave for 45 seconds to semi melt.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 egg and ¾ cup of milk and mix all the wet ingredients

together. Add the mixed dry cake ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Filling Layer

Semi melt 3 Tablespoons of butter in microwave in a bowl, about 20

seconds. Add the dry filling ingredients to the butter and mix thoroughly.

Topping

Semi melt 5 Tablespoons of butter in the microwave, about 30 seconds. Add

the dry topping ingredients and mix thoroughly.

To put it all together:

Pour half of the cake batter into the greased 9 x 9-inch pan, smooth to

edges as needed. Sprinkle all of the filling evenly over half of the cake batter in the 9 x 9-inch pan.

Dollop the rest of the cake batter over the filling, then spread it out carefully and evenly over the filling.

Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter evenly and press lightly to adhere to cake batter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
