Sweet Noodle Kugel

Serves – 8


½ lb Wide Egg Noodles

5 Tablespoons Butter softened

6 eggs

¼ Cup Sugar

½ Cup BD Pure Maple Syrup

1 Cup Cottage Cheese

1 Cup Sour cream

½ Cup Crushed Cornflakes

1 Cup BD Dried Fruits

1 Tablespoon – BD Cinnamon



In a large Pot Bring salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles until slightly undercooked. In a large bowl add all of the remaining ingredients except the cornflakes. In a casserole dish spread a thin layer of butter to help the noodles from sticking. Add the noodles to the custard mixture and mix to incorporate. Pour into the buttered casserole dish and top with the crushed cornflakes. Bake at 325’ for 45 minutes or until set. To serve – Cut into squares and drizzle a little BD Maple Syrup over the top
