1 cup Pilaf
2 1/4 cups water
Bring water to a boil. Add mix, return to a
boil. STIR ONLY ONCE. Reduce heat to simmer
for 35-45 min., covered. Do not remove lid.
Remove from heat and let steam for 10-15 min.
Fluff with a fork and serve. *Good served
with beef, chicken or fish and a fresh salad.
