Pizza Crust Mix

1 2/3 cups Pizza Crust mix (Bin 1083)
1/2 cup water

Dough temperature 80F. Mix 10 minutes on low
speed. After mixing, allow dough to rest for
30 minutes. Mold dough to shape & add sauce
and filling. Bake at 425 until crust is
golden brown. Yield 1 (11″) crust.
