2 Cups  BD Provisions Freekeh

1 16oz. Can Chick Peas

1 Container of Cherry Tomatoes – Sliced in half

8 Oz. Crumbled Feta

Fresh Mint Chopped – To Taste

½ Cup Chopped Kalamata Olives Chopped

½ Cup Chopped BD Provisions salted Cashews

¼ Cup BD Provisions Sweetened Dries Cranberries

1 tablespoon BD Provisions Smoked Paprika

1 Tablespoon Toasted Onion

¼ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Salt

In a large pot bring 2 Quarts of salted water to a boil. Add the freekeh and cook as you would pasta. Cook until slightly tender about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add all the above ingredients and mix to incorporate. Serve with a piece of grilled salmon or chicken.
